Flexible

Eagle collates so much information into one place, and it is easy to get to the relevant information about the network without having to refer to diagrams and configurations, showing you all of the interconnections between the various internetworking devices, with meaningful statistics.

The "Top Talkers" provides an instant view of the most-utilised ports on the network, giving a view of 9 different metrics.

Standards

EagleEyes is vendor-independent, so it doesn't rely on any special attributes of any one vendor, using the widely-deployed SNMP v2c standard.

Secure

We use Linux which has been "hardened" to prevent hacking or exploitation of Microsoft vulnerabilities.  It's also packed with features which help our bespoke packages to operate 24x7, collecting and collating data about every crucial part of your network.

How much?

We charge a simple installation and setup cost - which involves consultation with your staff on the most important network services and servers, determines what should be monitored and sets all of this up on your site.  Once in, you have a set of logins that can see various levels of the system, all via a simple, easy-to-use Internet Explorer or Firefox web browser interface.  After that, changes to the system are made in tandem with a SafeHands contract, or we can maintain the system alongside your own staff for a fixed monthly cost*.
